As a member of the National Association of Realtors, I have a duty to adhere to a code of ethics that emphasizes representing the best interests of my clients. In addition, it is also my duty to have the training and expertise to competently represent those I work with. As a member of the community, I also will not discriminate and am always dedicated to providing my services fairly and honestly.
Seller Representative Specialist Designation:
Having the Seller Representative designation, I have additional training on marketing and negotiating the sale of homes than the average real estate agent. Understanding today's buyer habits as well as having expertise in using today's technology allows me to market homes as aggressively as possible. This in turn gives me the ability to negotiate the best offer and provide as seamless of a process as possible for selling a home.
Previous Professional Experience:
Previous to being involved in real estate, I possess fifteen years of retail management experience with Cellcom and Staples. This has given me the necessary experience on what it takes to ensure satisfaction of the clients I work with, along with the business knowledge of doing what it takes to exceed expectations. I also have a bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, furthering my business and marketing training.
Growing up in the property rental industry, I have been exposed to real estate almost all of my life. Relocating to and being a member of the Brown County community for the past 4 years has allowed me to gain expertise on the many different individual communities in the area. Together with my wife, Mandy, I help in raising a total of 4 children. As a parent and home-owner, I have personally experienced many of the different situations home buyers and sellers face, giving me personal experience on how to help.
