My name is Shawn Thorne and I bring 7 years of experience to EXIT Elite Realty. My main office is in Shawano covering areas such as the City of Shawano, Bonduel, Cecil, Keshena and other surrounding communities. You can search for homes in one of these communities on my web site: www.shawanoareahomes.com.
The real estate world is ever changing which is one reason why I continue to increase my skills and knowledge through education. Most recently I obtained the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. The GRI symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.
My commitment to my clients has earned me multiple "Quality Service Awards". I have a 100% Satisfaction and Perfomance rating and a 94% Recommendation rating.
Here is what some past clients have said about me.
Shawn Thorne was on top of everything for me and communicated very well with things and made it happen. Excellent and professional work. Duane S.
Shawn Thorne is the KING of trouble-free home-buying, something I had previously found to be an extremely exasperating process in my dealings with past real estate agents. Shawn was always expeditiously on top of everything, solved every problem which arose, and always gave confidence that all would turn out alright...and it did!! I now have a home I love, thanks to Shawn. I would unequivocally recommend Shawn for anybody looking to buy or sell a home! Debra O.
The training and techonlogy that are available with EXIT Elite Realty are what allows me to better serve my buyers and sellers and ensure a smooth transaction.
A little about me:
I reside in the Village of Bonduel with my family and I am an active community member. I am a Village Trustee and I am active in my childrens school with operating the clock at basketball games and I was on the committee helping the school achieve its Accreditation Certification. I was also the summer baseball/softball president for about 6 years. I enjoy bowling and the ever elusive round of golf.
